MENU Our menu has evolved over the years. As more people have learned to prepare seafood we are ever changing our menu to reflect today's tastes!! The following menu is a sampling of what Freeman's Fish Market is able to provide. Many of the recipes on the cards have been tried by our staff. (Helen Harvey will occasionally try the recipes and make specials for the store.) We have selected these particular recipe cards because of the ease of directions and healthy ingredients. Various cooks from all over visit our store and order for their restaurant and catering services. We are currently collecting recipes which we would like to offer our customers. John Harvey is also a collector of Maplewood/South Orange postcards (he also collects cards of Beach Haven, NJ and Silver Bay, NY). John currently has a book of Maplewood/South Orange postcards scheduled for release in November, 2003. Please feel free to enter a recipe for our collection. Our plans are to be able to share John's postcards as well as your recipes by issuing a series of recipe cards with a reproduction vintage postcard on the back of each.
